Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated the newly built Astro Medics Super Specialty Hospital in Gorakhpur, stating that the facility will play a significant role in providing better and advanced healthcare services to the people of eastern Uttar Pradesh.

The Chief Minister said that the state-of-the-art healthcare centre will operate in collaboration with Fortis Hospital, Gurugram, enabling patients to access advanced medical treatment and specialist doctors. The hospital is equipped with modern technology and specialized facilities for the treatment of serious and complex diseases.

Yogi Adityanath said that the Uttar Pradesh government is continuously working to expand and improve the quality of healthcare services across the state. He expressed confidence that the hospital will benefit not only the people of Gorakhpur but also the entire Purvanchal region.

The hospital is also expected to generate new employment opportunities at the local level, contributing to the region's economic growth. The government aims to make quality healthcare more accessible and effective for the public, and this project is considered an important step in that direction.
