Amsterdam: Amid growing expectations of stronger trade and investment ties following the India–European Union (EU) Free Trade Agreement discussions, the Prime Minister has arrived in the Netherlands on an important diplomatic visit. The tour is being considered significant for deepening cooperation in key sectors such as semiconductors, water management, clean energy, and technology.

During the visit, the Prime Minister is scheduled to hold talks with Dutch Prime Minister Rob Jetten. The leaders are expected to discuss bilateral relations, economic partnerships, and major global issues.

The Prime Minister will also meet Willem-Alexander and Máxima during the visit.

On the morning of the 16th, the Prime Minister is expected to address the Indian diaspora at a special event in Amsterdam. The speech is likely to highlight India–Netherlands relations, investment opportunities, and the contribution of the Indian community abroad.

Experts believe that the visit could open new opportunities for economic, technological, and cultural cooperation between the two countries, further strengthening strategic ties in Europe.
