The CJP's Parliament March, which began from Jantar Mantar in Delhi, has been announced to continue on Tuesday as well. CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke said the protest would continue until concrete action is taken on the organization's key demands.
Dipke stated that the demonstration would remain completely peaceful and that its objective is to effectively bring issues concerning students and young people before the government. He also appealed to supporters to maintain restraint and express their views peacefully.
Earlier, a CJP delegation met Union Minister JP Nadda and submitted a memorandum seeking reforms in the examination system, improvements in the education sector, and action on several other demands. However, the organization said it would continue the protest until a concrete decision is taken on its demands.
Tensions had also arisen between protesters and the police during Monday's Parliament March. Following the incident, security arrangements in the national capital were tightened, and additional police personnel were deployed around the protest site.
